We remove all debris such as old walk mats, HVAC parts left on the roof, leaves, etc. Then we identify problem areas like standing water or moist substrate. We repair and seal those areas before priming the entire roof which locks in remaining granules and prevents yellowing in the future. Seams, protrusions, termination points all get careful attention for a long-term water-tight seal with our industry-leading products. A second cleaning is performed and a final top coat is applied for a completely seamless, highly reflective roof that will last for years to come.
